I’m Tuchkus, pronounced sort of like couscous.
I’m a maker, tinkerer, and designer who enjoys adventures. Working remotely, I’ve lived and traveled quite a few places in the world. Currently I’m based in Lithuania, Europe together with my friendly German Shepherd.
Working as digital product designer I have been lucky enough to gain diverse experience over the years, helping startups and scaleups in innovating and optimizing their digital products. Alongside, I have been freelancing off and on, doing some branding, website design and print projects.
I believe in the process, but even more so in the connections we build and strengthen among companies, teams, and end-users – all as humans.

I have a B.A. in Political Science. I also was studying B.A. of Graphic Design in Malaysia and Lithuania but didn’t quite finish it. Maybe someday.

I love creating, whether it's digital or physical. Currently building a cabin in the woods with friends, offering a space for gatherings or solitude in nature. Here you can check some photos of the place.

I enjoy building communities and open-source, non-profit travel projects. I contributed to Hitchwiki and established an NGO in Lithuania, promoting alternative travel and engaging in social projects.

I also started a poetry community — a weekly gathering where we shared our favorite poetry, whether self-written or from other poets. I even wrote a few poems myself.

In my Graphic Design studies, my passion for typography and fonts led me to explore calligraphy as well. You can see my early calligraphy works on Behance.

Once, my friends and I spontaneously joined a hometown biennial event. We designed an installation exploring technology, media, and algorithms, and even received an award. Unfortunately I got only one photo of our work.
